The Administration has placed and is placing great attention to the implementation of the Housing Plan of the National Government in the municipality in order to encourage as much as possible ' construction activity which can fly to address the economic crisis. In fact just the Marche region in 2009 launched the regional housing plan, after the deepening of municipal technicians and after a few meetings in the area, the City Council unanimously approved his application. In May 2010, the undersigned, in order to widely publicize the possibilities introduced by the Housing Plan, organized a conference at the Town Hall on the House floor in the presence of experts, which had broad participation. It should be noted that the implementation of the Regional Housing Plan 2009 version, due to its special formula, has been a flop, because even at Ostra has produced very few construction projects (a dozen House Plan practices on a total of more than hundred and fifty).
Hence the many requests received by the Region to implement changes that would in some measure out a more effective implementation: so after a long debate, the Regional Council approved in December 2010, the new Law that allows for more action (to eliminate the limit for the extension of the 200mc has allowed the recovery of the attics, etc ...). Contrary to many municipalities in the Province of Ancona, in this case the City Council of Ostra decided to bring into question the City Council in the new Act Regional housing plan, also make it possible for City Council, to express their views on, the new regional law was brought to City Council within the time allowed by the region, after having participated in several conferences sponsored Anci needed to investigate aspects of the law. Unfortunately, the municipal councilors of minority stated that they have read and then ignore the contents of the Law of the housing plan, despite having been approved, with wide coverage in the press, by the Marche Region in December 2010 because it would otherwise have had as many as 45 days to notify the Mayor and City Council and then in their comments on the law.
So the minority councilors, during the session of the City Council, with a ludicrous excuse (lack of time to consider the regional law) left the room without expressing any opinion on the Law of the housing plan approved by the Marche Region in December 2010. It was a ploy to avoid taking a position on a very important point for the community, when it would be useful to take a clear position. So the only Board in the City Council majority, approved the Regional Law of providing housing plan to make no further restrictions and constraints, in the hope that this will help revitalize the building, with the aim to combat the economic crisis.
